1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to UNIVOR.

UNIVOR is a specialized manufacturing company serving educational institutions across India. Every product manufactured by UNIVOR is customized according to the specific requirements of the Client, including institution branding, DTF printing, approved colours, approved sizes, packaging, and other customization requirements.

Because our products are manufactured exclusively against confirmed requirements and cannot be resold to another institution, this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy differs from a standard retail return policy.

By submitting an enquiry, approving a quotation, confirming an order, issuing a Purchase Order, making a payment, or accepting delivery, the Client agrees to this Policy.

2. APPLICABILITY

This Policy applies to all products manufactured and supplied by UNIVOR, including:

• Round Neck T-Shirts
• Shirts
• Pants
• Shorts
• Half Pants
• Skirts
• Joggers
• Tracksuits

• Blazers
• Aprons
• School Bags
• Student Kits
• Pencil Pouches
• Institutional Merchandise
• Educational Essentials
• DTF Printed Products
• Customized Products

3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All products supplied by UNIVOR are manufactured specifically according to the Client’s approved:

• Design
• Logo
• Artwork
• Colour
• Fabric
• Size Chart
• Quantity
• Branding
• Packaging

Accordingly, these products are considered custom-manufactured goods and cannot ordinarily be returned or exchanged.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

An order may be cancelled only before any operational activity has commenced.

Production shall be deemed to have commenced once any of the following has occurred:

• Fabric procurement
• Material procurement
• Design development
• Sample development
• DTF printing preparation
• Branding preparation
• Production scheduling
• Manufacturing initiation

Once production has commenced:

• Orders cannot be cancelled.
• Payments cannot be reversed.
• Purchase Orders cannot be withdrawn.
• Custom products cannot be modified except with UNIVOR’s written approval.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS

The Client expressly acknowledges that all amounts paid towards the following are:

Non-Refundable

Non-Adjustable

Non-Transferable

once operational execution has commenced.

This includes payments made towards:

• Sampling
• Product Development
• Design Services
• Fabric Procurement
• Raw Material Procurement
• Accessories Procurement
• DTF Printing
• Branding
• Packaging
• Manufacturing
• Labour
• Quality Inspection
• Logistics Preparation
• Dispatch Preparation

6. RETURN POLICY

As all products are customized for a specific educational institution, UNIVOR does not accept returns based on:

• Change of mind
• Change in school management
• Admission fluctuations
• Quantity reduction after confirmation
• Colour preference changes
• Fabric preference changes
• Incorrect sizes provided by the Client
• Incorrect quantities shared by the Client
• Design approvals already granted
• Minor manufacturing tolerances
• Delay caused by the Client
• Products already used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

7. ELIGIBLE CASES FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

A return or replacement request may be considered only where:

• A manufacturing defect is verified.
• The wrong product has been supplied.
• The delivered product materially differs from the approved specifications due solely to UNIVOR’s error.
• Goods are received with significant manufacturing damage attributable to UNIVOR.

Each request will be reviewed before approval.

UNIVOR reserves the right to determine whether replacement, repair, or refund is the appropriate resolution.

8. CLAIM REPORTING PROCEDURE

Any claim relating to:

• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong product
• Missing quantity
• Visible damage

must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The Client must provide:

• Invoice or Order Reference
• Clear photographs
• Packaging photographs
• Description of the issue
• Quantity affected

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

9. MANUFACTURING TOLERANCES

Industrial manufacturing involves commercially acceptable variations.

Minor differences in the following shall not constitute defects:

• Fabric texture
• Dye lot
• Stitching
• Print placement
• Colour shade
• Product finish
• Size tolerance
• Quantity variation (up to ±5%)

Such variations are standard manufacturing practices and shall not qualify for return, replacement, or refund.

10. SAMPLE APPROVAL

Where a sample has been approved:

• The approved sample shall serve as the production benchmark.
• Minor variations arising during bulk production shall not constitute manufacturing defects.
• Sample charges remain non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not ordinarily available for customized products.

However, a refund may be considered only where:

• The order remains incomplete solely due to reasons directly attributable to UNIVOR; and
• The Client has fulfilled all obligations, including timely approvals, complete documentation, and agreed payments.

In such circumstances, UNIVOR may refund the amount received for the unexecuted portion of the order without any interest.

Such refund shall constitute the Client’s sole and exclusive remedy.

UNIVOR shall not be liable for any indirect loss, consequential damages, business interruption, or additional compensation.

12. CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE NO REFUND SHALL APPLY

Refunds shall not be available where delays or non-performance arise due to:

• Delayed approvals
• Design revisions
• Logo changes
• Quantity changes
• Size revisions
• Incorrect information
• Delayed payments
• Material shortages
• Transport delays
• Force Majeure
• Any circumstance beyond UNIVOR’s reasonable operational control

13. REPLACEMENT PROCESS

If a replacement is approved, UNIVOR may:

• Repair the product;
• Replace only the affected products; or
• Manufacture replacement items.

Replacement timelines shall depend on:

• Product type
• Production schedule
• Material availability
• Customization requirements

14. REFUND PROCESS

Where a refund has been approved in writing:

• Refunds shall be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
• Processing may take up to 7–15 business days, subject to banking procedures.
• No interest shall be payable on any approved refund amount.

15. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client is responsible for:

• Verifying all quotations
• Reviewing all artwork
• Confirming designs
• Confirming size charts
• Confirming quantities
• Approving samples
• Reviewing branding details
• Inspecting delivered products promptly

Failure to verify these details before production may limit eligibility for returns or replacements.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

UNIVOR shall not be responsible for any refund, replacement, delay, or cancellation arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, labour disruptions, transport interruptions, utility failures, or supply chain constraints.

17. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

UNIVOR reserves the right to revise or update this Policy at any time.

The latest version published on the website shall apply to all future transactions.

18. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising under this Policy shall be subject exclusively to the competent courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

19. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By submitting an enquiry, approving a quotation, issuing a Purchase Order, approving samples, making payment, confirming production, or accepting delivery, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

The Client further acknowledges that customized educational products manufactured by UNIVOR are produced exclusively for their institution and are therefore subject to the refund, return, replacement, and cancellation conditions stated herein.
